Barangay emergency response

Reports arrive here the moment a resident sends them.

Positions are evidence, not tracking: A location is shown as live only while the server can vouch for it. Anything older is labelled with its age.
Every administrative change is recorded: Publishing a facility, changing a membership or exporting a report each carry your name and your stated reason.
Reports never identify a household: Precise coordinates stay encrypted. Preparedness figures are built from a coarse grid with small areas suppressed.
